Ownermatch International is
a new company designed to facilitate the “co-ownership”
of recreational properties in premium resort destinations.
Most vacation properties in North America are
very much under-utilized. For example, statistics
for Whistler, B.C. indicate that, on average,
they are occupied only 45 to 60 days per year.
This presents a perfect opportunity for two “well-matched”
families to share one resort property. We offer
the rapidly growing market segment of families
wishing to invest in resort property an entirely
new option….an opportunity to invest in
conjunction with a “co-ownership partner”…..a
partner who also desires a high quality “resort
experience” for their family, but at half
the cost.
Ownermatch International wanted a clean and profesional
web site containing information about co-ownership
opportunities, properties, and contact information.

4AM Group designed and developed a unique and
sleek web site for Ownermatch International. The
creative design allowed for the use of engaging
photography while still placing the emphasis on
the text information. The educational materials
on co-ownership were streamlined into a consistent
navigation throughout the web site allowing for
great usability. Contact information was placed
consistently on every web page as the primary
call-to-action. Online survey forms further streamlined
Ownermatch International's internal processes
allowing for interestd purchasers and owners to
submit detailed information via email.
The ease of updating and maintenance for the web
site was of great importance. This was achieved
through the use of HTML templates to allow for
easy site-wide changes. The web site will be gradually
enhanced and expanded as the company establishes
itself in the co-owernship niche market.
