Lake Union is fast becoming
one of Seattle’s most fascinating and prestigious
neighborhoods. As sailboats whip across the water
and colorful dockside banners snap in the breeze,
dexter sits perched on a hillside overlooking
the lake’s western shore. Surrounded by
splendid old homes, this stylish new residence
combines the architectural grandeur of days gone
by with every modern amenity. With its enormous
roof gardens and stunning panoramas, this magnificent
apartment embodies the definitive Lake Union lifestyle.

Opus and Holland Parnters engaged 4AM Group
along with R Group Communications to develop an
interactive web site and brand identity for the
condominium project.

4AM Group developed a Flash rich media web site
for the Dexter Condomium Project. Interactive
features built into the web site include: floor
plans, features, lifestyle around Lake Union,
and photo galleries. Customized music was incorporated
into the website along with an interactive drag
and drop furniture feature for the floor plans.
Maps for directions and area amenities also increased
interactivity and usability of the web site.
In conjunction with R Group Communications, 4AM
Group also assisted in the branding vision of
the project including signage, logo, video, photography
and colours giving Dexter a unique and engaging
identity.
