Canada Metal (Pacific) Ltd.
is an established manufacturer with a long history
of fabricating custom metal products in lead,
zinc and aluminum. Their focus is to concentrate
on their tradition of high capacity manufacturing,
while engineering new and sophisticated products
for the 21st century. Canada Metal (Pacific) Ltd.
is ISO 9002:1994 registered in nonferrous alloys
and casting fabrication. Canada Metal also produces
three products lines: Intellisteer Products, Martyr
Anode Products and Octopus Precision Products.
The challenge for Canada Metal was to reflect
their traditions and corporate vision through
their web site. The company wanted a leading-edge
interactive cross-platform website to reflect
its re-branding and new image.

Ltd. to re-develop its existing website to better
reflect the company’s commitment to forging
new product lines and engineering the future.
4AM Group developed a new interactive Flash corporate
website with three new product line websites.
Using the re-branded image of ‘A tradition
of experience, stability, and quality …
forging new alloys, engineering the future,’
4AM created a global site that offered a worldwide
audience with a unified look and feel. The addition
of interactive facility tours and product line
tours gave Canada Metal a new sophisticated look.
Establishing new online relationships worldwide
was Canada Metal’s main achievement. Website
traffic increased immensely since the re-development
of the corporate website especially within Western
Europe and North America. Implementation of a
content management system allowed for easy updating.
Streamlining products through the use of an online
product catalogue allowed for easy product searches.
Interactivity in all aspects of the four sites
has greatly increased usability and user experiences.
